As you would expect from an article with a title like this one, this is where I will be talking about particularly cool gadgets that have caught my eye over the last few weeks. I will not be wasting time talking about iPads, Kindle, and other stuff like that as there are plenty websites where you can do the same and there is really no point in writing another one. Instead, I will be talking about gadgets that you probably haven’t heard of and that are more useless, which makes them so much cooler than the ones the whole world is banging on about.

For a start, since I am writing this article in June, I just had to include a little mention of the new and exciting set of speakers that come under the name ION Water Rocker. These speakers are nothing too special when it comes to their design, although they are cool looking and there is not that much that can be said about the power and the quality of the sound. However, there is something that sets them apart from pretty much all the other speakers that you can buy these days. Namely, they float and they are completely water-friendly. This means that you can bob in these wireless speakers in the pool, pour yourself a cool drink and laze the day away. A real cool summer gadget.

Another cool gadget that will come in handy in the summer that is before us is something called Aqua Force Blaster and besides a real stupid and generic name, it also has a design that would make it perfect for the oldschool American Gladiators. However, its usefulness cannot be denied. Namely, it is a water balloon launcher and as such it can and should become an inseparable part of your summer. All you need are a bunch of sexy babes in T-shirts and the summer can begin! Or handsome guys in T-shirts and linen trousers – we do not discriminate.

One of the absolutely coolest gadgets I have seen in my entire life is a replica of the Hughes/MD 500 helicopter that was done by Raffaele Iannello who came up with an insane and an insanely cool idea to attach it upside down from a ceiling. What you get this way is a fan that is extremely effective and that looks better than any other fan that has ever been designed. It is beyond cool!

As you can see, most of the gadgets I have mentioned so far have been majorly useless, with some being a bit more useful than the others, but the next one is something that is both cool and also quite useful. I am talking about an English Umbrella Seat. It is a gadget whose name tells the entire story really. It is an umbrella that can easily be converted and utilized as a seat that will support a person of up to 300 lbs. It looks great and it fulfills a number of purposes, making it the most useful gadget on this little list of mine.

And just when I thought that the cool summer gadgets category was done, I came across this gadget called Inflatable Walk on Water Mat. In short, it is a mat with a surface of 90′ sq. that can be placed anywhere on the water and which can support up to 1,000 lbs standing, sitting, lying on top of it without sinking. You can use it to turn the most boring body of water into most fun you will have this summer and what is even better, you can freak people out by pretending you are Jesus.

Also, I would like to tell you about a sort of a gadget that we are going to see in the future and that is a tattoo that indicates the blood sugar levels. It is definitely a much more convenient solution for diabetics who have to monitor their blood sugar levels and I am pretty sure that it is going to become huge once it has been completed and once it gets the FDA approval.
